This letter serves as a recommendation for Scott Sutton, who worked at VeriSign as a contractor technical writer in 2001. Scott helped out with several projects, most memorably taking on full responsibility for writing a new document, OnSite Installation and Configuration, a manual for our Managed PKI Service, OnSite version 4.6.

Scott did a very good job working with our installation and development team to learn the installation procedures for OnSite, and created a comprehensive document that has proved to be an excellent addition to the core document set. He showed a desire and ability to learn our products and worked hard to meet and exceed deadlines.
