Scott worked as a media specialist for the communications team of the Business Systems Integration Project at PacifiCorp from February 1999 until June 1999. The project completed the implementation of SAP software to a large utility company. The communications team worked to provide information to a variety of audiences throughout the company.

Scott's responsibilities included redesigning and maintaining the project Web site, writing and layout for a monthly newsletter, and fulfilling any additional requests he received from the team. Scott successfully revamped the Web site, improving its organization and usefulness. He also helped to develop many new pages such as searches for frequently asked questions and contact information for employees.

Scott proved himself to be an able employee, a hard worker, and a talented writer who learns quickly and independently. He completed all work assigned to him on time, if not before it was due. He worked quietly and consistently and took the initiative to suggest improvements or begin projects to enhance the team's communication efforts.

The BSIP project had a fast-paced, often hectic environment with many deadlines. Scott performed well in this environment and was an asset to the team.
